Above is all the information that’s given in a good card. When buying a card, buy one that is in the same state as your delivery address. This is because you will have to use a different shipping address from your billing address. Normally, when you do
that your order will be flagged for review. If it’s at least in the same state and, better yet, the same city, it bypasses that whole review process.
Leave the name as the name on the card; no one will ask for ID on delivery. Set the billing address as the exact address on the card given. Fill in the card information and pay.
